Rob Kardashian has been sued by a female photographer for robbery and assault after the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took her camera equipment for taking unflattering pictures of him.
Last month, Kardashian took the memory card out of her camera at a West Hollywood gym after she obtained shirtless pictures of him. He is reportedly embarrassed of his body after a major weight gain.
She filed a robbery report at the time and now she’s suing him for assault.
The photog, Andra Vaik’s lawyer told TMZ, "While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified.”
Kardashian claims that Vaik trespassed on to private property to take the picture, Zap2it reports.
She reportedly waited in the private parking garage for the gym, and snapped the photos while Kardashian was changing in his car.
