Sex and the City creator Candace Bushnell is the most recent celeb to have her Twitter account and e-mail hacked. But rather than having unfortunate tweets sent out, Bushnell’s upcoming novel, Killing Monica has had sections of the novel leaked.

According to E! News a hacker by the pseudonym of “Guccifer” broke into Bushnell’s social media account and e-mail and leaked 37,000 words of the novel from her e-mail which Bushnell has sent to her editor

The Smoking Gun reports that Guccifer, who is also responsible for exposing George W. Bush’s painting hobby, released 50 screenshots of the text and also uploaded portions of the text to a Google drive.

“My e-mails are pretty tame. This is very odd,” Bushnell explained. “Yesterday I woke up and I couldn’t get my e-mails” adding that she had to repeatedly change her password while tussling with the hacker for control of the account.”

The hacker then took to Bushnell’s Twitter where Guccifer tweeted, “Here you can read my last book ''killing monica'' first 50 pages; enjoy as long as you can!”

The tweet has since been deleted.
