Former NBA star Allen Iverson abducted his children, his ex-wife Tawanna Iverson reportedly claimed in court documents filed this week.

According to TMZ, Twanna, who has full legal and primary physical custody of their five children, claims that Iverson was given permission to go on a vacation in Charlotte, North Carolina with them from May 22-26. When the 26th came, he did not bring the kids back. In the documents, she says that they were supposed to meet up at a Target store on June 4, but he never showed.

Twanna believes that Iverson never even took the children, whose ages range from 3 to 16, to Charlotte. She thinks they are staying at a hotel in Georgia and is fearful for their safety because Iverson drinks. She wants a court to intervene and him punished by a judge, even suggesting jail time.

The Daily Mail reports that Iverson has denied the allegations.

The new report from TMZ comes over a week after another report from the site that Twanna filed other court documents that she is owed $40,000 in child support. In that situation, she also says she wants him locked up until he pays her.

Iverson and Twanna were married for eight years and divorced in 2010. Iverson plated in the NBA from 1996 to 2010, having his best years with the Philadelphia 76ers.
