Amanda Bynes has been providing the Twittersphere with a steady stream of bizarre insults and thoughts. That’s led some to think it’s all just an act for attention and if a publicist is telling the truth, it really is just a plot to stay in the news.
Publicist Jonathan Jaxson, who once represented Kim Zolciak, claims that he’s been texting back and forth with Bynes. According to RadarOnline, in the texts he’s leaked, Bynes claims that she really is just acting to get attention.
“All this has been an act and you know it!” a text to Jaxson reads. “I am an actress and know what I am doing. I got to 2 million followers and now everyone wants me, I am smart and not stupid. Everyone mentions my name. The world loves me!”
As the Daily Mail notes, Jaxson went to Twitter to post screenshots of the texts, showing them off to his 3,000 followers. In one he tries to give her some advice. “Just wait and the world will see!” she wrote after he cautioned her to watch what she says.

It appears that she may have listened to him, since she apologized for calling rapper Drake “ugly” earlier this week.
While Bynes didn’t directly respond to Jaxson, she has tweeted mysterious messages over the past few hours. “I keep my word,” she wrote. “Lack of communication ruins a relationship.” In another recent tweet, she added, “Keep your word or karma will pay you back.”
Jaxson told Radar back in May shortly after her arrest that, “Amanda had called me and we had a private conversation, but it was clear to me that she was high on drugs.” He added, “Then, she said that she didn’t want to live anymore. I took that as that she wanted to kill herself. I freaked out.”
