Amanda Bynes has reportedly been kicked out of her Biltmore apartment less than two weeks after she was arrested for allegedly smoking marijuana in the lobby of her complex and throwing a bong out of the window.
A source tells In Touch Weekly that Bynes “was notified that she is no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events.”
“At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda’s belongings from her apartment,” the source explained. “She is officially gone from the building.”
A source for the NYPD tells In Touch that management had received complaints about the All That actress even before she was arrested.
"Even before her arrest, residents had constant complaints about the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment,” the source says. “She had also cursed out residents and the doormen, and the smell of pot from her apartment was really annoying people.”
News of Bynes' removal comes shortly after neighbors came forward saying that living with Bynes was like ”living with Linda Blair from The Exorcist.
Bynes has since been spotted at Sky Zone in Buffalo, but later denied attending the trampoline fun zone. She was also spotted wandering around Buffalo telling fans that they were actually “not in Buffalo.”
The Twitter-friendly starlet has not responded to reports that she was kicked out of her Times Square apartment.
