Former child star and aspiring rap artist, Amanda Bynes, has moved out of the Biltmore apartment building in New York where she was arrested last wee for throwing a bong out the window.

It is unknown whether Bynes was evicted after two long months of disruptive behavior, or whether she left of her own volition to escape the paparazzi, a source told Yahoo!.

The owner of the building has remained tight-lipped about the situation. A rep only said, “We cannot speak [on the matter] due to confidentiality agreements between tenants and landlords.”

Yahoo! further reported that Bynes “kept to herself” and didn’t bother the building’s other tenants.

However, this account differs significantly from what another person told the New York Post, that living with Bynes was like “living with Linda Blair in The Exorcist.”

This is in reference to the 1973 horror film in which Blair portrayed a sweet little girl who becomes possessed by a demon that forces her to self-injure, murder, and to spin her head around 360° on her neck.

The anonymous source continued, “She stares you out in the elevator. Residents are terrified to be alone with her… Amanda always seems to be alone, muttering to herself and looking completely out of it.”

Recently, Bynes threatened to sue the Biltmore apartment complex after the doorman claimed he saw her smoking marijuana in the lobby shortly before her arrest, we reported.

There is no word yet whether the actress will make a clean break or if she will follow through with this most recent litigious threat.
