Beyonce has settled a multi-million dollar lawsuit with the video game production company, Gate Five, who claimed that she broke a contract to develop a game based on her dance moves.

Gate Five filed the lawsuit last November after Beyonce dropped out of a potentially lucrative deal to make a motion-sensor dance game called Starpower: Beyonce, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The company sought damages for “the hundreds of millions of dollars in profits that Gate Five could have realized if she had honored the Agreement,” the suit claimed.

In her defense, Beyonce pointed to a termination clause in her contract which stated that if Gate Five failed to raise the $5 million needed to finance the project she could legally walk away.

Gate Five, in turn, insisted that they in fact had $19.2 million waiting to finish making Starpower, not including the $6.7 million already spent on production.

After several months of he-said-she-said, Beyonce and Gate Five have finally settled the lawsuit by agreeing to drop it, reports Entertainment Weekly.

As of right now, the terms of the settlement are being kept confidential.

At least Beyonce – who is currently making her rounds in Europe on the “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour” – is no longer facing a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
