Bret Michaels has reportedly suffered minor injuries after his brand new tour bus hit several deer this morning while on the road.
Celebuzz reports that the 50-year-old Poison singer, along with the bus driver and head of security, luckily only received minor cuts and bruises from the incident, which occurred between Abilene, Texas and Biloxi, Mississippi.
"Except for some bumps and bruises I am thankful there were no serious injuries," Michaels told the website. "It is unfortunate for the deer, but thankfully due to modern RV technology and a steel firewall we are all okay. I have every intention to make tonight's show in Biloxi and the tour will continue."
Michaels has been no strangers to unfortunate accidents, according to Daily Mail. In 2010 the singer had to be taken to the hospital for a subarachnoid hemorrhage and was later diagnosed with a hole in his heart, as well.
He later said to Oprah about the incident, "It felt like a pop. It just went "pop." They call it a thunderclap and I've never instantaneously had a headache like that in my entire life. I am so happy to be sitting here talking to you, to be alive, and you know what, just to enjoy every second of my life."
