Britney Spears gave Miley Cyrus a compliment on Twitter, and it seems the admiration goes both ways because Cyrus responded by complimenting Spears’ “Slave 4 U.”
Spears posted a YouTube video of Cyrus’ new music video for “We Can’t Stop” and asked the 20-year-old pop star if she would teach her how to “twerk.”
She tweeted “Loving your new video for #WeCantStop @MileyCyrus! Maybe you can teach me how to twerk sometime LOL 😉 xo.”
Cyrus responded with, “@britneyspears we could twerk it out in exchange for u teaching me da moves 2 "slave for you" (I've been practicing for the past 10 years)”
E! Online notes Cyrus made her love for Spears clear when she referenced her in her song “Party in the U.S.A” when she sang “"the Britney song was on." Earlier this month, Spears tweeted that Cyrus’ “tweking” was “"so hot!"
Spears’ “Slave 4 U” came out in 2001, when Cyrus was around 8, but that didn’t stop her from becoming a fan.
