Brody Jenner confronted his father, Bruce Jenner, for not being there for him as he grew up and the confrontation will appear on Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
When Brody’s mom, Linda Thompson, watched the clip for the first time, she showed him support via Twitter.
"I commend Brody's honesty . . .There is too much hypocrisy in this world,” she wrote.
On Thursday, Brody got even more support from his former Hills and Princes of Malibu co-star, Spencer Pratt, who he publicly had a falling out with about three years ago.
"totally agree! @BrodyJenner spoke from his heart and that takes courage! #princeofmalibu," Pratt, 29, who’s still married to Heidi Montag, wrote, Us Weekly reports.
On the E! reality show, Brody tells the camera about his dad, “The way I see Bruce with Kendall and Kylie and Brandon, I'm actually so happy for them. I think Bruce is an incredible human being and I think that Bruce is an incredible father -- he just wasn't a great father to me."
