While Step-Up costars Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum were hoping to keep the gender of their first child a secret, it is now being reported that the couple welcomed a baby girl.
Channing and Jenna welcomed their first child Thursday in London. Perez Hiltonis now reporting that “The Sexiest Man Alive” is the father of a newborn baby girl after multiple sources confirmed the news to Us Weekly. Channing and Jenna, who have been married since 2009, have not revealed the baby's name at this time.
The couple are currently in London while he films Jupiter Ascending alongside Mila Kunis and Sean Bean. Channing noted he was prepared for Jenna to give birth in London during an interview with Ryan Seacrest.
"We're going to actually have the baby in London while I'm shooting, and then there will be no downtime whatsoever after that," he explained.
A rep for the couple has not confirmed the baby's gender at this time.
