Charlie Sheen laid down the law with Anger Management producers, demanding that costar Selma Blair be fired after the actor was informed that she was talking badly about him to producers. Rather than wait for FX to meet with the actress directly, the former “Tigers blood” boasting actor opted to inform Blair of her demise via text message.
Blair was fired from the series Tuesday following a heated feud with Sheen, instigated by the actress who allegedly complained to production about his work ethics. At the time Sheen demanded she be fired or he would walk off the show.
Now, sources close to Anger Management tell E! News that Sheen sent Blair a text message informing her of her firing.
The source notes that Sheen "went full throttle into getting her off the show immediately.” Blair, on the other hand, is fine with the decision and "really had no problem leaving after Charlie flew off the handle and seems to be at peace to be off the show."
