Courtney Cox is reportedly taking in onscreen ex and making him her real life love. The former Friends actress is reportedly dating Cougar Town costar Brian Van Holt.
An insider tells Us Weekly, “They've been going out for about six months.”
Cox was married to Scream costar David Arquette from 1999-2013; the couple separated in 2010 and officially became divorced earlier this year. The couple remains cordial for their 9-year-old daughter CoCo. Daily Mail reports that Arquette previously accused his now ex-wife of having an emotional fair with her 43-year-old costar.
Us Weekly notes that Van Holy currently gets along easily with Cox’s daughter, the insider explained, The girl was extremely comfortable with Brian. She treated him like a dad or an uncle."
Arquette and Christina McLarty have been dating since 2011, a relief for Cox who reportedly feels more comfortable going public with her relationship knowing that her ex-husband has moved on.
