Hilaria Thomas received some backlash from the Daily Mail after allegedly posting tweets during the funeral services for Sopranos actor James Gandolfini. The reports followed with a heated response from her hot-tempered husband Alec Baldwin, who wouldn’t stand for the reports against his wife and went on a Twitter tirade before shutting down his account. Now, the Daily Mail is being accused of confusing the time zones and may owe the pregnant yoga teacher and apology.

Daily Mail posted their report Thursday with a series of screenshots from Thomas’ Twitter account which questioned what she should give her husband for their first wedding gift, retweeting a post from Rachel Ray and a shout out to Gandolfini, who died of a heart attack last week. The posts appear to have occurred during the late actors funeral services.

According to USA Today , Baldwin caught wind of the reports and began posting his own set of explicit-filled tweets aimed at the British newspaper.
Among the tweets, which have since been deleted, include : “My wife and I attend a funeral to pay our respects to an old friend, and some toxic Brit writes this (expletive) trash,” “My wife DID NOT use her phone, in any capacity, at our friends funeral,” and “: "How much of this (expletive) are people supposed to take? With these (expletive) blatant lies EVERY DAY."

Ellen Hassett Cahill took to Twitter to call out the Daily Mail’s inaccuracy writing, “@nycjim @AntDeRosa @ckanal TDM story is wrong. @hilariabaldwin tweets are eastern time, reporter viewed pacific time.” She included a snapshot of the article.

Daily Mail has not responded Baldwin, Thomas or Cahill.
