After PETA named Dax Shepard and his fiancé, Kristen Bell, Hollywood’s Sexiest Vegetarians, Shepard has taken to Twitter to say he can’t accept the honor.
PETA made the announcement yesterday, giving the parents to 3-month-old Lincoln the very first title of sexiest vegetarians.
But soon after, Shepard took to Twitter and said, “I'm really flattered to be named "Sexiest Vegetarian" with @IMKristenBell, but sadly I can't accept in good conscience because I eat chicken.”

He added, “I was vegan for a year, but that ended 6 months ago. I aspire to be more like @IMKristenBell , but I'm not there yet.”
Bell has been a vegetarian since she was a teen, and Shepard has been open about starting it, but it ultimately didn’t work out.
The couple made headlines for another reason this week, with Bell re-proposing to Shepard via Twitter after the Supreme Court’s DOMA ruling.
