Broadway star Pia Zadora was arrested over the weekend, but details surrounding the arrest were unclear. Now it’s being revealed that she got into a physical altercation with her son, 16.
"Naked Gun 33⅓ star Zadora got physical with her son Jordan on Friday night when he wouldn’t go to bed when she asked him to. He was outside with her stepson and she used a hose to try and get them in the house.
Sources told TMZ that her stepson told cops he tried to defuse the situation but she went at Jordan and punched and scratched him.
As she was attempting to take his cell phone away, she allegedly choked him. Two hours after the fight started, Jordan called 911 to put it all to an end. But when cops arrived at the scene, no one in the house – included Zadora, Jordan, her stepson and husband – would go outside. This caused a SWAT team to form a perimeter outside the Las Vegas home.
When Zadora and Jordan came out over time, she admitted she hit her son but says it was an accident.
Pia’s husband, Michael Jeffries, is a Vegas police officer, The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. When cops from his department came to the house, he reportedly asked “What are you doing in my house?” When an officer asked them to come out, he yelled “Why don’t you (expletive) come back here and get me?”
