Good Luck Charlie, the hit show on the Disney Channel starring Bridgit Mendler, is sending after four seasons, the network said Tuesday.

The live-action half-hour comedy told the story of the Duncan family, which just welcomed their fourth child, Charlotte "Charlie" Duncan. Mendler’s co-stars included Eric Allan Kramer, Leigh-Allyn Baker, Bradley Steven Perry and Jason Dolley. Mia Talerico played Charlie.

“ 'That’s a wrap’ will be called on the production after four years with creators/executive producers Phil Baker and Drew Vaupen and executive producer Dan Staley,” Disney said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “The cast and crew are superb, they deserve tribute for their work and we will look forward to the big finale episode the creative team is planning.”

According to Entertainment Weekly, Good Luck Charlie gets to go out on a high note, remaining one of the most popular shows on the network. It premiered to 4.69 million viewers in 2010 and the December 2011 Christmas TV movie scored 8.3 million viewers. The current season four premiered to 3.9 million viewers and the show will finish its run next year.

Disney usually cancels its shows when they hit 100 episodes. Both Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place were cancelled at the height of their popularity, but they both stopped at 100 episodes. Good Luck Charlie was no exception.
