Edward Furlong will remain in jail after the Terminator 2 actor has been charged with assault, vandalism and threatening by means of physical harm.

Furlong plead ‘not guilty’ back in January following his third battery charge against his ex-girlfriend. According to E! News, Furlong was arrested several times over the last few months, including the latest after he violated a restraining order put in place by the actors ex.

The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office notes that at the time of his arrest, Furlong had two pending misdemeanor battery cases piled against him.
Furlong was arrested back in May for breaking the restraining order when he went to his ex’s West Hollywood home and allegedly damaged video equipment, her laptop in addition to getting into a physical altercation with her, TMZ reports.

If he is convicted, he will face up to four years in prison.

Currently, the American History X actor is being held on $100,000 bail with a July 1 court date.
