Jada Pinkett Smith and her husband Will Smith have been subjected to divorce rumors and have even been criticized for comments that they might have an open marriage. In a new interview, Jada opens up about never seeing herself leaving her After Earth star husband.

Jada told Redbook that she wouldn’t ever “abandon” him, unless he did something bad with their kids; Willow and Jaden.

"What is the thing that Will could do to make me not love him? That would make me abandon him? I can’t think of one. I'm sorry,” she admitted. “Except if he did something bad to the kids — now we've got a problem."

She also said she’s secure in her marriage but she has seen gossip affect other marriages. "I have been affected by gossip and I know people who have been too. I've seen marriages destroyed by gossip. It is cruel," she said, as quoted by E! Online.

She reasoned, "At the end of the day, all that matters is: Do you love what you see when you look in the mirror? That is it, baby."

Jada even dished on one of the secrets to happiness within her own family, she said they strive to “find magic in the mundane.”
