Jennie Garth and estranged husband Peter Facinelli have officially finalized their divorce. They separated last year after 11 years of marriage. The former couple has three daughters together; Luca Bella, 15, Lola Ray, 10 and Fiona Eve, 6.
Their divorce was finalized on Tuesday and new details about their settlement have come to light.
According to TMZ, both parties declined spousal support and a formal custody arrangement.
They have agreed to split custody of their children 50/50, and they will both have full access to a joint bank account for them. They will put in equal amounts, which will fund the girls’ education and overall living expenses.
At the time of filing for divorce in March 2012, they said in a statement “While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together."
LA Times notes that Garth starred in a reality series after the breakup called Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country while the Twilight actor will be seen in Freezer and Gallows Hill this year.
