The Client List co-stars Jennifer Love-Hewitt and Brian Hallisay are not only expecting their first child, but are engaged as well.
As we previously reported, Us Weekly had confirmed yesterday with Hewitt’s rep that they are expecting. The couple sent a statement that read, “We're so thrilled and happy to start a family,” and a source added that she’s three months along.
Then, Us unveiled its cover this week, showing that it held back one huge bit of information - the two are also engaged. The magazine reported that the two were vacationing in Europe in late May when Hallisay popped the question. Hewitt said yes right away.
Hallisay and Hewitt first met in 2010 while starring on NBC’s short-lived Love Bites. They then reunited for Lifetime’s The Client List and have been dating for 15 months.
This is the second time that Hewitt has been engaged. She was set to marry Scottish actor Ross McCall, but that relationship ended in 2008. She dated her Ghost Whisperer co-star Jamie Kennedy from 2009 to 2010.
“I think that I could be a really good wife,” Hewitt told Us in 2010. "I know that I love being able to give my love out to someone. I know there is somebody great out there for me.”
The Client List is in its second season and airs on Sundays at 10 p.m.
