Former MLB all-star Jose Canseco has been cleared of rape following an investigation into claims from a woman that she was raped by the baseball player.

Canseco was told by Las Vegas Metro police last month that he was a suspect in a sexual assault report. The woman claimed that the incident took place on May 10. Canseco vowed to fully cooperate and take a polygraph test. He called out the accuser on Twitter, even using her name, and told her to come forward and tell the truth.

Officer Jose Hernandez told The Associated Press Friday that the investigation was closed and that he will not face charges.

Canseco confirmed the news on twitter, telling his fans that he is going to sell the polygraph results to any fan who send him an email. “Polygraph results up for sale with the true detailed story of what happened that night,” he wrote.

In another tweet, he threatened to take the woman to court. He wrote to her, “i gave u plenty of chances of taking a polygraph and telling the truth.all i wanted was an apology for lieing.c u in court.”

Canseco played in the MLB from 1985 to 2001, having the best years of his career with the Oakland A’s. He currently coaches and plays minor league baseball in Texas and is best known for his book Juiced about steroid use in the sport.
