Justin Bieber in another scuffle, steals paparazzo's SIM card (Audio)

Justin Bieber has gone off on another on paparazzo, this time stealing his SIM card.
According to TMZ, a paparazzo spotted Bieber outside of The Hit Factory in Miami, Wednesday around 4a.m. After the photog began snapping pictures of the “Beauty and the Beat” singer, Bieber demanded that his bodyguards take the camera saying, “"Get that f***ing camera out of here!"
The whole incident can be heard via an audio recording which captured the entire incident.
Unlike other paparazzi Bieber has ran into, this photog begged the 19-year-old to not take his equipment but despite his pleas Bieber is heard saying, “Alright, alright. I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card though."

The photog states that he will delete the photographs, but Bieber remains firm on his decision to keep the SIM card.
TMZ notes that that paparazzo never reported the incident to police, but the matter remains under investigation.

This is the second altercation with paparazzi in Miami. As we previously reported, Bieber’s bodyguards are currently under investigation for allegedly choking a photographer. This matter is also under investigation.
