Celebrities are taking advantage of Instagram’s new video feature, with Justin Bieber posting his first video message ever – shirtless. He laughs throughout the video, which has sparked rumors of drug use.
Bieber, 19, could barely form a sentence as he tried to get out what he had to say. He was uncontrollably laughing throughout when he managed to say “So, crazy news guys! There is video on Instagram.”
Daily Mail notes the video only lasted 15 seconds, with Bieber looking like he was more into having fun with his friends. He’s wearing no shirt, a black baseball hat worn backwards, diamond earrings and a silver chain in his inaugural video.
Futhermore, other stars are trying their hand at the new feature. Madonna posted her first video on Thursday as well, showing off her dancing skills.
Perez Hilton notes she captioned it, “Hard candy booty pop up class! Getting ready in the bathroom! NY here I come!”
