Justin Bieber is at the center of a lawsuit…once again.
This lawsuit comes just two weeks after Bieber stole a paparazzo’s SIM card outside of a Miami club. Bieber is heard on audio obtained by TMZ telling the paparazzo, now identified as Gustavo Garces,” I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card though."
Garces fired off a lawsuit to Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun stating that the 19-year-old singer needs to return the SIM card or face “dire consequences,” TMZ reports.
Garces and his team have no intentions of backing off of the lawsuit, but note that they need the SIM card as evidence in the case.
It is unclear what Garces is asking for in the lawsuit.
As we previously reported , another photographer has filed a lawsuit again both Bieber and his bodyguard after his bodyguard Hugo Hesny allegedly choked him and threw him against a wall.
