Justin Bieber has been in the news for all the wrong reasons as of late.

First the Biebs was banned for life from a Las Vegas Indoor Skydiving Facility, then he was caught by photogs kissing a married woman last weekend, and let’s not forget the seemingly marijuana-induced Instagram video he posted last week.

Now the 19-year-old star is being sued by a paparazzo for allegedly kicking and punching him MMA-style last year at a Southern California shopping center.
The pap, Jose Osmin Hernandez, claims that he was attacked by Bieber after taking photographs of the singer who was out with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez at The Commons in Calabasas. Bieber had been backing out of a parking spot when he purportedly grew frustrated with Hernandez, got out of his Mercedes and sprinted toward him.

According to The New Zealand Herald, Bieber “delivered a martial arts-type kick…in the lower rib cage on the left side of his abdomen” before using his left fist to punch Hernandez on the right side of his face. He then pushed the photographer into a parked car. A few minutes later the 20-year-old Gomez allegedly returned to the scene to look for her phone and to apologize for Bieber’s behavior.

Court documents obtained by TMZ.com, cite a litany of additional alleged misdeeds committed by the “Baby” singer, including assaulting a former bodyguard, bullying a woman, driving at reckless speeds through his gated community, stealing a paparazzo’s SIM card and threatening to kill a neighbor.

The suit seeks unspecified damages for “severe and extreme emotional distress and negligence.”
