Justin Bieber’s bodyguards have been accused of physical battery once again.
According to TMZ, Bieber was spotted at a Hookah Lounge in Hollywood by a fan who attempted to snap his picture. Before said picture could be taken, his bodyguards intervened and a scuffle ensued. LAPD notes that Bieber is not thought to be a part of the incident.
The police have opened a misdemeanor investigation into the claims after the person with the cell phone called the police to report the incident. By the time police arrived, Bieber and has team fled.
This is the third time the “Beauty and the Beat” singers bodyguards have been accused of roughing up a photog. Just last week Bieber was caught on audio stealing a photogs SIM card even after the paparazzo pleaded to have the card back promising to delete the pictures. Prior to that, his bodyguards were accused of choking a paparazzi who attempted to snap pictures of the popstar.
