Has Kanye West proposed to baby mama Kim Kardashian?
Sources say that the 36-year-old new dad presented his girlfriend with a $770,000 tiger-stripe diamond ring, a gift for delivering a healthy baby girl. The Mirror reports that West lavished Kardashian with attention, making sure she received the best care possible from hospital staff during their stay at Cedars Sinai.
"Kanye wasted no money in making sure Kim had the best of everything while she's in hospital,” the source said. “He's even more in love with her now than ever and they can't wait to get married."
The source also revealed that West designed the ring himself with a jeweler and has been preparing to give it to the reality star for months.
Entertainmentwise reports that the new parents, who stayed in a $3,000 a night hospital suite, are on the fast-track to marry since Kardashian’s divorce from basketball player Kris Humphries finalized weeks ago. An insider close to the couple says that the baby’s arrival and the green-light to marry has dramatically changed West’s mood.
“Ever since she was born, Kanye has had a smile from ear to ear,” the source says. “He is still walking on air. Kim’s room looked like a florists there were so many bouquets.”
