In the days following Paris Jackson’s suicide attempt, a judge ordered an investigator to look into the welfare of Michael Jackson’s three children, who are in the custody of their grandmother, Katherine Jackson and cousin TJ Jackson. On Tuesday, the judge ruled that the situation will not change.

Earlier this month, Judge Mitchell Beckloff ordered an inquiry on the children’s situation after 15-year-old Paris was taken to the hospital on June 5. After seeing the results of the interviews with the children, Beckloff met with Katherine and TJ’s attorneys on Tuesday and said that they will remain their guardians.

“I’m taking no further action,” Beckloff said, reports The Associated Press.

During the hearing, Howard Weitzman, the attorney for the Jackson estate, said that the “salacious” details of Wade Robson’s claims of molestation against the late King of Pop could be harmful for Paris. Beckloff said he would consider which details from Robson’s complaints to make public.

“In light of all current circumstances and the special investigator's report, we agreed with the judge that appropriate decisions are being made regarding care of all three children, and no further action is required,” Katherine’s attorney, Perry Sanders Jr., wrote after the hearing. He added that Paris is doing fine, but gave no further details.

TJ is the son of Tito Jackson. He was awarded custody in July 2012 and Katherine was reinstated as co-guardian in August 2012.

Yesterday was the fourth anniversary of Michael Jackson's death. His son Prince is set to testify today in the wrongful death suit Katherine filed against AEG.
