Despite reports to the contrary, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are not engaged yet.
Reports from Daily Mirror over the weekend state that West proposed to Kardashian following the birth of their daughter, North West.
However, a source close to the couple denies that West proposed to Kardashian with a reported $770,000 tiger-stripe diamond telling People, “I can't imagine them not getting married. That's in their future!”
In the meantime the couple is focusing on their duties as parents.
“They're putting work aside right now to focus on the family. They're in it 100 percent," the source adds. "Kanye is already an incredibly present father. He's very relaxed and comfortable."
Since becoming to parents, the couple have received some flak for naming their daughter after a direction. Kardashian’s momager Kris Jenner, defended the newborn baby’s name during her visit on The View saying, “I love the name North. I'm pro-North!” Jenner also confirmed to fnas the meaning behind the name saying, “The way [Kim] explained it to me, north means highest power , and North is their highest point together."
