Kim Kardashian has given birth to a baby girl! Kardashian and boyfriend, Kanye West, became parents earlier today when they welcomed their daughter at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Kardashian was due July 11, but went into labor early. "Kim had her baby," USmagazine reports. "She's five weeks early. Kim got sick last night and had the baby early."
The new mother announced on the premiere of Keeping up with the Kardashians that she would be having a girl with West. “I'm so excited we're having a girl," she said. "Like, who doesn't want a girl? They're the best. And I know that's what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl."
West recently opened up to The New York Times about becoming a father." I would do anything to protect my child or my child's mother," he said. West’s new album Yeezus will be released June 18.
Kardashian and West began dating in April 2012 after being long-time friends, and announced they were expecting in December. Kardashian and ex-husband, Kris Humphries, were technically married, though separated, for the majority of the reality star's pregnancy, and finalized their divorce June 4.
