Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their first child together Saturday morning.
Sources close to the couple confirm the early arrival of their daughter to People. West and Kardashian originally expected the baby to born sometime in early July.
According to TMZ, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star began feeling the early stages of labor late Friday night and was in full labor by Saturday morning where she gave birth at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Sources close to the couple note that the baby and mom are doing well.
Kimye confirmed that they were expecting a baby girl during the season 8 premiere of the hit E! reality series. Fans speculated that the couple would expect a little princess after the reality star turned fashionista’s baby shower invitations were released.
Kardashian gushed about the idea of having a daughter saying, “Who doesn't want a girl? I think they are the best. I know that's really what Kanye has always wanted – he wanted a little girl."
The couple has not revealed the child’s name at this time.
