Kim Kardashian is breaking her silence following the birth of her baby girl. The reality starlet stayed in touch with Keeping up with the Kardashians show creator Ryan Seacrest, who reached out to the new mama just moments after she gave birth.

According to E! News, Seacrest revealed that he reached out to reality star turned fashionista after the birth of her daughter Saturday, five weeks before her due date.

Seacrest revealed the short-but-sweet e-mail to Kardashian this morning on his radio show. “Yay! Congrats my darling, you’re a mommy!” he wrote. Kardashian replied, “Cant believe it! It’s so crazy!”

E! News’ Ken Balker also spoke to Seacrest Tuesday morning, revealing that as reports previously stated- mom and baby are doing just fine despire her early arrival.

“This was not planned,” he explained to Seacrest. “It came on very quickly and when it was time for the baby to come, it was time for the baby to come.”
The baby, who still remains nameless, weighed just under five pounds at the time of birth.

“[The baby] is healthy and Kim is doing well … There’s a great sense of relief,” Baker continues. “Everyone is very happy for her and Kim is relieved [because] this was a very stressful time.”
