As usual, Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta brought the drama this week. The theme of the tenth episode of this season should have been “can we all just get along.”
The episode starts with Mimi meeting up with Karlie Redd who informs her that Mimi’s boyfriend, Nikko was trying to get with her. Like other things involving the men in her life, this sends Mimi over the edge. Mimi later goes to Nikko’s apartment to get his side of the story. Nikko’s nonchalant attitude, upsets Mimi and she goes on one of her cursing tirades as a result. As she storms out, she hears Nikko mouthing off about having a threesome with Karlie Redd and a third party. This of course makes Mimi very upset.
Stevie J meets up with his lover Joseline to run game on her once again. He tells her that he does not want to fight anymore. Joseline confess to missing Stevie’s company and tells Stevie that she wants the two of them to continue focusing on the music and be together. Stevie tells Joseline that they have to take the independent route with her music. After he compares him and Joseline to Barack and Michelle Obama (side eye), him and Joseline pinky swear that they will work things out. While meeting with his other lover Mimi and their daughter Eva, Stevie lends an ear while Mimi rants about her problems with Nikko. Mimi also forces Stevie to promise that he will spend more time with their daughter.
Ariane attends her grandfather’s funeral and invites Mimi with her for support. She also invites K Michelle to sing at the funeral. By having both Mimi and K Michelle and the funeral, Ariane hopes that they could make up and be friends again. After the funeral, K Michelle apologizes to Mimi for hitting her with a bouquet of flowers a few episodes ago, Mimi refuses to accept her apology at the moment saying that the funeral was not the right nor the right place.
Rasheeda meets with manager Deb Antney to discuss continuing her music career. After Rasheeda informs Deb that she is four months pregnant, Deb reluctantly agrees to temporarily work with her. While having a video shoot, Rasheeda’s husband Kirk shows up fussing about the business account once again and threatening to remove her name from the account. Deb, then tells Rasheeda that she should have never gotten pregnant if she was really wanting to continue her music career. She also suggests to Rasheeda that she should move on to the business ventures.
Erica gets a phone call from Lil’ Scrappy asking her to come to the lawyer’s offce because he is in trouble once again. Once her, Scrappy, and his mother Momma Dee arrive at the lawyer’s office, they find out Scrappy is accused of refusing to take a drug test. Here is a link to the entire story regarding the issue:
