Massachusetts native Steven C. Swanson, 52, has been arrested after he told police that he planned on flying to California and shooting Victoria’s Secret model, Miranda Kerr.

According to E! News, Swanson called the Los Angeles police department – from his home in Sandwich, Massachusetts – and detailed his plans to take a plane from Hyannis to Boston, in order to catch another plane to L.A. where he would then find Kerr's home and shoot her with two handguns.

Local police swarmed the man’s home and found several pictures of Kerr taped on the refrigerator, microwave, and a bookcase.

They also found Swanson, who claimed that he was a federal agent and that he only wanted to “rescue his wife, a Victoria’s Secret model” in Los Angeles, not to kill Kerr.

Swanson was arrested on suspicion of “making a threat concerning a firearm” and was held on $2,500 bail.

A doctor testified at Swanson’s pre-trial hearing earlier this week and revealed that Swanson had recently stopped taking medication for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, Yahoo! reported.

Swanson pleaded not guilty to the charges against him, though he was once again held on bail for $8,000.

Swanson will appear in court again on July 19 for a second pre-trial hearing.
