This past Monday, Miley Cyrus and could-be-but-nobody-knows-for-sure fiancée Liam Hemsworth were spotted exiting ArcLight Cinemas in L.A. The “We Can’t Stop Star” was seen sporting her engagement ring and sticking close to Hemsworth’s side as they left the premises, marking the first time the couple has been seen together in public in months.
E! reports that the two were “affectionate,” claiming that at one point Hemsworth placed a protective hand on Miley’s lower back as they walked together.
The couple hasn’t been seen together since they vacationed in Costa Rica back in January. Since then Hemsworth has spent time away from Miley, choosing instead to go back to his family in Australia where he reportedly was reconsidering the engagement.
Hollywood Life suggests that the divorce between Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus has brought Miley and Liam closer together. A source close to Miley told Hollywood Life that despite her claims of being “fine” Miley is actually taking the divorce pretty hard considering that she’s close with both of her parents.
