Miley Cyrus’s mother, Tish, is allegedly filing for divorce from her "Achy Breaky Heart" husband, Billy Ray. Despite calling off the divorce two years ago, Cyrus’s mom has re-filed.
Billy Ray first filed for divorce back in 2010, and called it off in March of 2011.
According to Gossip Cop, Mama Cyrus cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.
TMZ also reports that she wants full physical and legal custody of their youngest child, daughter Noah Cyrus, who is 13-years-old. Tish is also asking for spousal support, and she wants her attorney fees billed to Billy Ray.
And of course, leave it to Twitter to address the family drama. Miley Cyrus reached out to her dad via Twitter. She tweeted @billyraycyrus, "since your texts and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this."
Billy Ray and Tish have been married since 1993. They have three children together: Miley, Noah, and Braison. Billy Ray also adopted Tish’s two kids from her previous marriage - Metro Station singer, Trace, and Brandi.
