Miley Cyrus has resorted to publicly reaching out to her father, Billy Ray Cyrus in the wake of her mom, Tish Cyrus, filing for divorce since he isn’t answering her text messages or emails.
Showing signs of a possible rift between the two, she tweeted, “@billyraycyrus since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?”
Cyrus has since taken that tweet down but decided to post:

According to Daily Mail, her father hasn’t responded to her public shout out.
Tish filed for divorce from her husband of nearly 20 years, seeking full custody of their youngest daughter Noah, 13.
“This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time," she said in a statement, and he released one as well, saying they “are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
Back in 2010, the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer filed for divorce but they reconciled soon after.
