Oprah Winfrey is still at the top spot on the Forbes list of Most Powerful Celebrities despite struggles with OWN and taking some financial hits. The last two years she was in the second place slot, and she has made her return to No. 1 in 2013.

Winfrey leads the list of mostly women, with Lady Gaga coming in second. Steven Spielberg, Beyonce and Madonna round out the top 5.

Slots 6-10 are filled by Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi, tennis pro Roger Federer, Justin Bieber and Ellen DeGeneres, Forbes reports.

Winfrey made $77 million between June 2012 and June 2013, despite taking an $88 loss since last year. Between 2008 and 2012 OWN lost $330 million for Discover, but it’s now back on track and could start becoming profitable this year.

She has many other business endeavors, scripted shows from Tyler Perry, big name interviews with Lance Armstrong and others, O Magazine and talk shows from Rachael Ray and Dr. Phil.

“There is nobody else with that kind of consistency and power," Forbes’ Dorothy Pomerantz said, Yahoo reports. "There are only three people who have been on every single one of our lists since 1999. It is Oprah, Howard Stern and Steven Spielberg."
