Paris Hilton not only lent her Beverly Hills home to the cast and crew of Sofia Coppola’s The Bling Ring, but she also posed for pictures in a spread for Elle magazine that shows off the mansion where the actual burglaries took place.
For the July issue of Elle, Hilton allowed Coppola to shoot her inside her home.
“There's much more to life than all of these possessions and everything. And if you want those things, you're going to have to work yourself, just like I did,” she told the magazine about the group of teens the movie is based on that broke into her home, as well as other celebrities’ homes, in 2008 and 2009.
The hotel heiress said of ever coming into contact with them, "I don't know what I'd do if I saw them," NY Daily News quotes. “I'm not a confrontational person. But I would literally be like, 'You guys need serious help. And I want my stuff back.'"
Director, Coppola, said of her personalized pillows with her face on them, If nothing else, when people see it, they will want a Paris pillow. We might have to make those."
She also said of the pillows, "I took my picture with them. She's such a pop icon and has a sense of humor about herself. I think she was the first to really make herself into a brand. She's so dedicated to her style."
