Paris Jackson will be undergoing therapy following her suicide attempt this month, and has been through quite a bit lately.
According to Mirror, 15 year old Paris Jackson, has been battling with depression and is still sitting inside the UCLA medical center. In contemplating where Paris Jackson will stay for the rest of the summer, the decision was made that she will start therapy in Los Angeles as of now.
Prior to the attempted suicide on June 5, Jackson was actually supposed to spend the summer with her biological mother, Debbie Rowe. A source close to the family revealed why:
“When she is there she doesn’t have bodyguards or drivers. It is a lot more of a normal setting.”
Although this is still an option, the source also added: “Paris has a couple weeks of very intense therapy before anything else happens."
“Where she does it depends on the best place.”
Even though Jackson appears happiest there, mother Debbie Rowe is still on the fence about taking full legal custody. According to TMZ, Rowe's reasoning for this is because she does not want to split up Michael Jackson's three kids.
The relationship between Rowe and Jackson appears to be "intense" and Rowe apparently "lays down the law." Although the story on her side is that she "likes and respects" Katherine and that she loves TJ, Michael Jackson's brothers and sisters don't feel the same. In fact, they are all on a campaigning spree to to not let Debbie be apart of her life.
All in all, everyone hopes Ms. Jackson will recover well and be able to do what feels right to her.
