There have been reports flying around since Paris Jackson, the 15-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson, reportedly attempted suicide Wednesday morning. While her family says that she is physically fine, it has been reported that she will not be testifying during their wrongful death suit against AEG. There is also another report that a judge has ordered an investigation into the incident.

According to The New York Daily News, Paris was expected to testify later in the month, but she remains in a Los Angeles hospital. A source for the Daily News said that “no one is even considering the possibility” of putting her on the stand right now.

Reports have claimed that she’s been suffering from anxiety about testifying. TMZ published one report saying that she had been on a downward spiral and that her family’s decision to keep her from acting in a movie was the final straw. (However, a producer for the film told Us Weekly that it is still in the works and she will make it after she recovers.)

TMZ is now reporting that Judge Mitchell Beckloff, who gave her grandmother Katherine Jackson guardianship, has requested an investigation into the suicide attempt. He ordered an investigator to “prepare a written report and include therein any recommendations relating to the minor child's health, education and welfare.”

Meanwhile, E! News is also reporting that police rushed to the Jackson family home today after gunshots were heard. A spokesman for the LAPD only said that police responded to a call, but wouldn’t confirm anything else.
