A photo of Kate Gosselin apparently mocking Asians has surfaced, despite that fact that the reality star has eight Korean children.
Twitter user Katie Deen published the photo on Sunday, reports the Daily Mail. It is the account’s only post so far and the photo’s origins are unknown.
Gosselin appears to be wearing a geisha-style headpiece as she pulls the skin around her eyes to the sides of her face, according to the Huffington Post.
The photo is especially baffling, given that her children are of Asian descent because of ex-husband Jon’s Korean ethnicity.
The Daily Mail points out that Gosselin wears her engagement and wedding rings in the photo, implying that it way taken before her divorce in 2009.
Neither Gosselin or her rep have commented on the photo.
Gosselin is currently suing ex Jon and author Robert Hoffman, who wrote a tell-all book about her, entitled “Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.” The book was pulled after two days because of charges that some information in the book was illegally obtained.
