Justin Bieber is being sued by the photographer whose SIM card he allegedly stole over the weekend.

As we previously reported, a photog, identified as Jeffrey Binion spotted Bieber leaving The Hit Factory in Miami and began snapping pictures of him. Bieber sent his bodyguards after the camera. Binion is heard begging for his equipment back before Bieber finally relents and gives him back his camera but explains that he is keeping the SIM card. The photog is again heard pleading for his memory card.

Now, Binion has unleashed a lawsuit on Bieber and his bodyguard Hugo Hesny saying that the 19-year-old sent the bodyguard after him with a gun, TMZ reports.

In the lawsuit Binion states that Bieber told Hesny to attack him, explaining that he was thrown against the wall and choked before Hesny displayed his gun.

Russell S. Adler, Bibion’s lawyer, tells TMZ, “Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber’s violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions."

"No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber’s shameful and outrageous conduct,” Adler continues, “To send him that message and deter his misbehavior in the future, we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law."
