Rachel Uchitel and husband Matt Hahn are headed into a nasty divorce battle after Hahn filed for divorce citing “cruel and inhumane treatment.”
Uchitel and Hahn have engaged in a series of heated arguments, TMZ reports. One particular incident resulted in Uchitel, infamous for her affair with Tiger Woods, calling the police to have them remove her husband from the home.
According to the report, the couple engaged in several verbal confrontation’s with Uchitel becoming physical on more than one occasion.
Howard Bragman, Uchitel’s rep, tells TMZ, “It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media."
The couple were married for a year and a half and have a one year old daughter, whom Hahn wants custody of. Hahn notes that the “cruel and inhumane treatment” is so severe that “the conduct of the defendant [Rachel] so endangers the physical or mental well being of the plaintiff as renders it unsafe or improper for the plaintiff to cohabit with the defendant."
Hollywood Life reports that 38-year-old Hahn filed for divorce from the 27-year-old on Monday, June 10.
