Tiger Woods’ former No. 1 mistress, Rachel Uchitel, 38, is getting a divorce from husband Matt Hahn, 28, after only a year and a half of marriage. They also have a one-year-old daughter.
Hahn, a former Penn State football player, filed the papers on Monday, citing "cruel and inhumane treatment."
According to TMZ, last month, Uchitel called 911 on Hahn after an explosive argument, during which she asked cops to help get him out of their house. She didn’t follow up and no charges were pressed against Hahn.
Sources say the couple had many of those arguments, and Hahh alleges she even slapped him during an argument.
Her rep says, "It is Ms. Uchitel's goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media." However, Hahn is seeking full custody of their daughter, as well as spousal and child support.
Daily Mail notes that when Woods’ affairs came out in 2009, it was Uchitel’s that was at the forefront, fueling the divorce between Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren.
It was then rumored in 2011 that she had an affair with actor David Boreanaz while his wife was pregnant with their second child. She has since appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
