Congrats Selena! The 20-year-old singer/actress’s mother, Mandy Teefy, 37, reportedly gave birth to a baby girl Thursday, June 13.
According to Splash News, photos were posted of friends and family arriving at the hospital where Teefy is staying. They carried pink balloons that said “New Little Princess” among other presents.
In 2011, Gomez’s mother suffered a miscarriage. Hollywood Life reports that Teefy was pregnant with her husband Brian Teefy. When the miscarriage was announced on December 16, 2011, Gomez cancelled her concert tour, which was supposed to be the next day, in order to stay by her mother’s side in support.
The Come and Get It singer announced her mother’s pregnancy news via Twitter this past Mother’s Day, where she posted a photo of her pregnant mother and tweeted: “Hope all the amazing moms had a great day! I have the best momma in the world :)) I love you so much!”
