“Come & Get It” singer Selena Gomez has reportedly moved on from her split from Justin Bieber and has moved on to British singer Ed Sheeran.
Two sources have confirmed to Us Weekly that the two are “hooking up,” noting that Gomez’s best friend Taylor Swift is responsible for setting the two up.
An additional source notes that Gomez is pleased to move on to Sherran, 22, who is much more mature than her 19-year-old ex. “She got sick of having to take care of Justin like he was her child. This is a nice escape from the drama,” an additional source informs.
Following their New Year’s split, the former Disney actress and “Beauty and the Beat” singer were spotted together during Bieber’s tour in Norway. Bieber further fueled rumors that the couple were back together after he tweeted a photo of the two cuddling. Weeks later, Gomez denied that she was in a relationship.
Sheeran previously dished on his single status to Us Weekly, but noted he “wouldn’t complain” about being fixed up with the beautiful Spring Breakers actress.
