Fox’s animated comedy, The Simpsons is still going strong as they cast for their upcoming 25th season. The most recent addition to the cast is Daniel Radcliffe, set to guest star in an episode airing this season.

The former Harry Potter star previously voiced for the show before playing the vampire son of Dracula in 2010’s “Treehouse of Horror XXI.” Now, according to Entertainment Weekly, Radcliffe is set to play Diggs, an odd older boy with an interest in falconry.

Executive producer AI Jean says, “Diggs is a combination of Caulfield, Finny from A Separate Peace and the kids in Lord of the Flies - only a little more screwed up.”

Jean says the reason she wanted to bring Radcliffe back was because he listens to The Simpsons DVD commentaries and because he is terrific.

Also set to guest star this season is former SNL star, Kristen Wiig. Entertainment Weekly revealed last month she will be playing an FBI agent in an episode called “Homerland,” in which she helps Lisa solve the mystery of why Homer is acting strangely polite after visiting a nuclear power plant convention.

Will Arnett, Arrested Development star, will also be guest starring in an episode to air in December called, “Steal This Episode.” According to TV Line he will be playing a detective who is investigating Homer for illegally downloading a movie.

In addition to these three funny people, season 25 of The Simpsons will also feature stars such as Eva Longoria, Elisabeth Moss, Stan Lee, and Aaron Sorkin.
