After splitting from his wife Amy Poehler last September, Will Arnett is opening up about the separation.
In a new interview with Details magazine, Arnett talks about how he coped with splitting from Amy Poehler last September. Arnett used exercise to cope with the break-up, “If going to the gym obsessively for eight, nine months was my way of dealing, then let that be my worst problem,” he shared. “Life is challenging, and I'd say that there's no guidebook—but there's about a million guidebooks out there. All people have been doing since the dawn of time is trying to figure out how to live this life and be happy.”
The Arrested Development star went on to say that he isn’t sure how to re-enter the dating world. "I'm not officially dating," he said. "I don't know what you do. Do you put out an announcement in the trades? I'M DATING! It all seems very scary to me, to be honest. So I'm kind of keeping pretty close counsel right now."
Arnett married parks and recreation star, Poehler in 2003, they have two sons together, Archie, 4, and Abel, 2. This was the second marriage for 43-year-old Arnett, who was married for a year in 1995 to Penelope Ann Miller according to E!news. Arnett can be seen in the much anticipated 4th season of Arrested Development now available on Netflix.
